Shop house at Malabar Street

This is the most presentable room on the upper floor, facing the road
original wide planks floor, some dampness on the asbestos ceiling.

This is one of the airwells (there are two)

Window of the second room at the upper floor, open to the first airwell.

This is a damaged roofing at the top floor, when
it rains, water comes in, the tenants put up this
pole to avoid the ceiling from caving in.. for me this is the most serious
thing that needs to be fixed.

Room at the top floor, both ends are sandwiched
with air wells.

Stairs appear solid to walk on, not much need to
work on here, except at the beginning of the railing.

View from the staircase to the middle area of the lower floor.

Peeling asbestos ceiling, seen from lower floor.

One of the side windows, this is a corner unit..
it has a huge potential.

This is the front window, looking outside.

This arched concrete beam looks very sturdy and solid.

The first airwell.

The staircase.

This is the only defect of the stairs railing that I can see.

Leakage on the party wall side.

This looks icky, but simply just mold from improperly managed air-well.

Kitchen with a chimney

Bathroom at the lower floor, I do not put the photo of the toilet.. another
thing that requires big repair.

Garden at the roof top

They build this bath at the garden at rooftop area, no toilet, though.

More rooftop garden photo.

Side, back door.

Details of side, back door that require a bit of repair.

This huge bougainvillea grows, giving shade..
also you can park your car in this alley.
