Upper Penang Road is where Little Penang Street Market is held. Here you can find traditional art, quirky bric-a-brac, homemade soap, organic plants, antique stuff. On the cultural side, you can watch and listen to live performances, book reading, poem recitals and etc.

  
These are homemade soaps presented in very nice packaging of weaved baskets.
It is a community project by Joe Sidek especially to empower women to be independent.
